In the
wedding industry, we, all the professional vendors have targets to shoot and dreams to achieve and we often dream about specific model couples, brides that wear top designers
wedding gowns and of course, venues where receptions take place.
Well, to shoot a
wedding over at
The Rookery building was a dream to me, a dream that came true this last August. I always envisioned that historic building, to see all those well put together architectural details, and most of all, that 11 stories stairwell.
We started with getting ready of both the bride and the groom over at JW Marriott Chicago, followed by an intimate first look inside the same hotel, a beautiful ceremony over at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Lakeview and outstanding cocktails and reception at The Rookery Building.
Jewell Events Catering responsible for the amazing food, the music was played by DJ Derek Hall, while the bride wore a gorgeous dress purchased from Here Comes the Bride, in Addison.
