Brian and his now fiancé came to surprise her on one of the coldest days here in Chicago, not to mention they both live in Florida. However, despite the brutal weather, here, so Chicago like though, everything was but perfect.
He stood on one knee on one of the most beautiful places, the Ice Skating Rink over at Peninsula Hotel terrace, and he asked the love of this life to marry him.
